Return Policy

At MAREVA, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Earrings, personalised items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or otherwise required by law.
